MYRA BLEYER · CERTIFIED RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE APPRAISER

Myra Bleyer has been appraising in New York since 1984.  She works primarily in Dutchess, Orange, Putnam and Westchester counties.  Her client list is varied and includes third parties, attorneys, municipalities, individual homeowners, estates and lending institutions. 

Myra primarily focuses on appraising 1 to 4 family homes, condominiums, Co-Ops, Vacant Land and New Construction properties for Shepherd Hill, a company she founded in 1985.  She has been a Certified Appraiser for New York State since they instituted licensing requirements in 1991.

In addition to her thriving appraisal business, Myra has held a seat on the Putnam County Board of Assessment for the past 10 years and is also a licensed Real Estate Agent and a member of the Westchester Board of Realtors.  In addition, she is considered an expert in her field and has provided training to newly hired processors for some of her client banks.

Myra grew up in Putnam Valley, NY and has lived there most of her life.  She enjoys gardening in her spare time and assisting her husband with his Rhodendron business.

TRISTA POLO - CERTIFIED RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE APPRAISER

Trista Polo has been appraising in New York since 2003. She works primarily in Dutchess, Orange, Putnam and Westchester counties.  She is a Certified Real Estate Appraiser in the state of New York and works closely with mortgage lenders, attornies and has expanded her real estate expertise to include Real Estate Marketing by offering high quality and highly interactive Virtual Floor Plans for Real Estate Professionals, Residential Builders and Commercial clients.

She focuses on appraising 1 to 4 family homes, condominiums, Co-Ops, and new construction properties and provides floor plans for residential and commercial properties in the Greater Manhattan and Hudson Valley area.

Prior to becoming an appraiser, Trista worked for 3+ years as a Loan Officer for GMAC Mortgage where she successfully closed over $100 million dollars in loans during that time, including conventional, FHA, home equity, new construction, private investor and jumbo loans.

In addition to working with Shepherd Hill, Inc. and Brandrey, Inc., Trista is the Vice President of her local BNI Chapter, a member of the Westchester and Orange County Board of Realtors, and holds a Board postion for the Junior League of Poughkeepsie. She is an avid golfer and enjoys sailing and baking. She lives in Poughkeepsie, NY with her husband and two dogs.
